I’m so stinkin’ excited! I just registered for Kripalu’s Nutrition and Cooking Immersion Workshop — and it starts in TWO WEEKS!
I have been dreaming of taking this workshop for two years. And I can say for certain that all the coaching I have gotten in the past year has gotten me to the place where I can say it was simple, easy, natural, to just REGISTER. I decided. I received. I focused on what I wanted, and it is happening. I took the step (leap, even?) and the net appeared. The things I thought were standing in my way were really just self-imposed limitations. Totally not real. Not even that difficult to navigate around (with help from my amazing family and friends, of course!).
All that is to say, if there’s something you’re dreaming of doing, well, JFDI, as they say (“Just Frikkin Do It”!). More on that another day. But you get the jist.
What have you been dreaming about for far too long? Can you JFDI? I know you can. I believe in you.

p.s. oh that reminds me of a story! This weekend I was cavorting in the woods with my loves and we crossed a stream (a tiny stream, really not much water in it) by just jumping over it (J carried Nat, helped her jump!) and then we wandered down and got to a place where the crossing was much deeper, steeper, and the easiest way across was sort of bouldering or crossing a fallen log. J again helped Nat cross the log, he balanced on big rocks and walked to the side of her holding her hand as she crossed the log. Too cute. I was not sure if I could cross it, to balance with nothing to hold on to — and seemingly a lot farther to fall than a 3-foot-tall person! They stood on the bank cheering me along. J said “You can do it!” and Nat chimed in “You can do it mama, we believe in you!” — oh my garsh my heart sang and lifted and I floated across that log.
A little bit of cheerleading goes a LONG way!
