About Me

Nat & Mama

I coach overwhelmed, multi-passionate women to find their creative calling so they can make more money in less time, stay creative and healthy, and focus on what really matters in life.

I am a graduate of the University of Puget Sound and have studied at The Academy of Art University in San Francisco and the UC Berkley Extension School. I am also working on my Holistic Health Coach training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am a graduate of Marie Forleo’s Rich Happy & Hot B-School, Amanda Moxley’s End Yo Money Drama, Lean Lovin’ Moneymaking Machine, Pop Your Biz, and Healthy Wealthy Biz School, as well as Denise Duffield-Thomas’ Lucky Bitch Money Bootcamp and Gina Devee’s Live and Luxurious {and those were all from April 2012-May 2013!}. I am also proud to be a member of Leonie Dawson’s Amazing Biz & Life Academy.

I have studied the teachings of those mentioned above as well as Gabrielle Bernstein, Michael Pollan, Danielle LaPorte, Wayne Dyer, Andrew Weil, Martha Beck, Debbie Ford, Abraham Hicks, Gay Hendricks, Brené Brown, Deepak Chopra, Tim Ferriss, Mark Hyman and many more new-thought leaders. I can’t get enough of this stuff!

Things I can’t live without:

local food

playing with dogs

making art with children

watching the seasons change

My Story:

After growing up in a small New England town, I took off to Washington state to study theatre (set design and directing) and make artwork (paintings, sculptures, you name it) and lots of new friends (crazy art & theatre kids).

Then finding myself back home in Massachusetts teaching theatre and directing the school musical at my former elementary school, I took off again to San Francisco. I spent my days making art, producing theatre with drag-queens and working in a craft store, and my evenings carousing in the city.

Falling in love with an old friend from home brought me once more across the country, back to my quiet and green home town. My love and I got some cats, bought a fixer-upper farmhouse on a hillside a few towns over, and were married in 2006.

My business was launched in 2007, the same year we adopted our dog, Happy. Our daughter, Natalie, was born in 2010 and our lives have shifted completely, finding ourselves wrapped around her ever-growing tiny fingers.

My designs and paintings reflect the vibrant world around us; from the gorgeousness of nature and the everyday beauty of the food we eat. My hope is that you find inspiration in my work, to be more creative yourself and to observe the beauty in the everyday, and to infuse your space with this beauty and inspiration.

My Coaching business was launched in 2012, melding my passions for creativity, personal development, spirituality, nutrition, interior design and all-out-happiness in all that we do. I also bring to you my training in non-profit management, stage managing, directing and design of all kinds.

I’m excited to work with you to uncover your true desires and help you live your best, most fulfilling and joyful life, as well as create a business you believe in. I coach women-in-transition, trying to figure out just what to be “when they grow up”, and to make an abundant, healthy, sustainable living doing it.
